This dress is sooooo pretty, and it is flattering to boot...the gorgeous chiffon skirt is full so it moves as you walk and/or dance, and it doesn't cling to tummies or bottoms....arms are covered and there's a lovely V neck which is flattering also, especially if you're fuller in the bust...
